Compactly constructed using Stainless Steel, this air jet bottle washing machine is provided with height adjustable legs. It has an "unscramble" which ensures smooth conveyance of container to the cleaning section. It works on the principle of "back-pressure of container". In the "unscramble", the containers are fed and then moved to separator assembly, which then conveys it to the cleaning section on continuous basis.

Working of Air Jet Bottle Washing Machine

• There are two inverters in the machine, one of which gives wrong direction to container and then push it to the cleaning section with the application of pressure on the other containers.
• Cleaning section has continuous vacuum system. In this section, a pair of air nozzle, flushes the air inside the container and at the same time the particles that are disturbed by air are sucked.
• After this process, the container is conveyed to the other inverter, which again changes the direction to the right. Then these are passed onto the filling machine.
